Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and other teams
- Coordinate client schedules with ground teams and support Executive Protection operations, data tracking, and information flow
- Request, schedule, and track Executive Protection agents, drivers, and related services globally
- Support GSOC managers with presentations, security operation plans, risk assessments, and executive summaries
- Manage travel and logistics for agents and drivers, including flights, hotels, and rental vehicles
- Answer phone calls and disseminate information to relevant parties
- Prepare travel briefs, dispatch confirmations, situation reports, and client-facing documentation
- Coordinate all logistical communication related to pickups, drop-offs, routing, vehicle needs, and regional threat considerations
- Review client requests, cost estimates, statements of work, and ensure services align with client requirements
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and issues while providing solutions and maintaining accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational directives, and national and regional regulations
- Resolve operational issues, client concerns, and service satisfaction matters
- Participate in meetings, facilitate discussions when needed, and communicate updates, policies, and decisions across teams
- Maintain operational records, reports, logs, and internal controls to protect client assets and personnel
- Handle exposure to sensitive and confidential information
- Perform occasional physical tasks such as reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling
Requirements
- Either bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience
- Strong understanding and direct experience in Executive Protection, Intelligence, Operations, Critical Incident Management, Corporate Security, Crisis Management, or Emergency Response
- 5-7+ years of experience in security operations, intelligence analysis, or emergency response (Extensive EP experience required)
- 2-4+ years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong administrative experience
- Competent user of Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Quip, and other similar tools
- Willingness to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality
- FL D & G license
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Professional demeanor during stressful situations
- Ability to quickly adapt and excel in dynamic situations
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Successful client management experience
- Demonstrated history of effective conflict resolution skills
- Ability to attend training events that fall outside normal work hours
- Ability to work night shifts

Training
All new hires will complete a mandatory training period from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for the first two weeks before transitioning to their assigned shift.
