Responsibilities
- Review security/protective design criteria, codes and standards.
- Develop security/protective design strategies in planning studies and design projects.
- Interface with client security personnel to review and refine design strategies.
- Cookordination between in-house design disciplines as part of a design team.
- Create construction documents (drawings and specifications) that comply with project criteria.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or BS/BArch in Architecture
- 5-10 years of relevant experience with security criteria (Department of Defense, Inter-agency Security Committee, etc.)
- 5-10 years of relevant experience with concept studies, design documents, and construction phase services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- U.S. Citizenship
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Preferred qualifications include:
- Licensed Professional Engineer or Architect
- Experience with drafting and modeling software (Revit and AutoCAD)
- ASIS Protective Design Professional (PSP) certification

Pay
The expected annual compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
