Key Responsibilities
- Service existing customer accounts and find opportunities for growth within the sales territory.
- Facilitate product recommendations (application, performance, training, and color).
- Develop account planning strategies, sales opportunities, accounts with growth potential, and understand existing business and the segments they serve.
- Utilize ClientLink CRM tool to handle accounts, maintain call logs and contact info, run reports, etc.
- Analyze territory performance and develop sales territory business plans.
- Use initiative in handling customer problems, complaints and warranty issues to resolve in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 3+ years of demonstrated selling experience
- High school diploma is required, bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Experience with protective coatings is preferred
- CRM software experience preferred while previous coatings experience is sought after
- Daily travel within assigned territory; must have valid driver's license
- NACE or AAMP certification preferred
Pay
The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000.
