Prosthesis Supply and Inventory Coordinator

Role Overview: The Prosthesis Supply Coordinator manages inventory of supplies, instrumentation, equipment, and prostheses/implants to support patient care. They perform inventory control, communicate variances to the perioperative team, and ensure data integrity through quality assurance checks of billing information and other data sources. Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory of medical supplies and equipment.Perform quality assurance on patient billing and data sources.Collaborate with perioperative team to address inventory variances.Support efficient patient care through organized supply management. Qualifications & Skills High School diploma or GED required.At least three years of experience in perioperative, surgical supply, sterile processing, or related roles demanding attention to detail and data accuracy.Proficiency with computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.Preferred: Vocational training in medical support and knowledge of medical terminology.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks effectively.
