Prosthesis Supply and Inventory Coordinator

Role Overview: The Prosthesis Supply Coordinator manages inventory of supplies, instrumentation, equipment, and prostheses/implants to ensure seamless patient care. They perform inventory control, communicate variances to the perioperative team, and verify data integrity through quality assurance checks on billing and data sources. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate inventory records of surgical supplies and prostheses.Perform quality assurance on billing and patient data.Collaborate with team members to address inventory variances.Ensure proper data integrity and compliance with protocols. Qualifications & Skills High School diploma or GED; vocational training in medical support preferred.Minimum of three years' experience in perioperative, surgical supply, or sterile processing roles.Proficiency in computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.Strong attention to detail, customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.Ability to work independently and within a team.
