ProServices Program Analyst
Your Impact
Provide project and operational support for key Pro Store Support initiatives focused on improving the Pro customer and associate experience. This role partners cross-functionally and directly with field associates to improve business processes, develop communications, training, and execution resources, resolve operational challenges, and gather feedback that strengthens associate execution and Pro sales performance.
What You Will Do
- Identifies and drives continuous improvement of current business processes as a result of the downstream effect of broader company initiatives, systems changes, ideation efforts, efficiencies, etc.
- Supports weekly deliverables communicated to Pro associates through Store Comms channels and quarterly focus topics.
- PARTNERS CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY TO CREATE AND MAINTAIN CRITICAL RESOURCES AND TRAINING CONTENT FOR PRO ASSOCIATES.
- MANAGES MONTHLY PROCESS FOR UPDATING THE PRO EXECUTION GUIDE PROVIDED FOR STORE LEADERSHIP.
- CREATES A COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT BY WORKING IN A TEAM OF PEERS TO SOLVE PROBLEMS AND SHARES INFORMATION WITH PEERS, MANAGER, SALES TEAMS, AND CUSTOMERS AS APPROPRIATE.
- COMMUNICATES WITH AND INTERACTS WITH OTHER CORPORATE DEPARTMENTS (E.G., MARKETING, MERCHANDISING, STORE OPS, STORE/INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS, FINANCE, CREDIT, HUMAN RESOURCES) TO LEARN ABOUT AND THEN MAINTAIN/ENHANCE EXISTING PROGRAMS AND PROCESSES.
- FREQUENTLY VISITS OR INQUIRES WITH STORE EMPLOYEES TO DETERMINE EFFECTIVENESS OF PROGRAMS, COMMUNICATIONS, OTHER STORE TOOLS AND RESOURCES.
- PROVIDES NECESSARY SUPPORT TO PRO SERVICES STORE TEAMS, FIELD MANAGEMENT, CORPORATE FIELD TEAMS AND CORPORATE MANAGEMENT TO MAXIMIZE ALL SALES AND GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES FOR PRO SALES.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate's degree Business Administration, Communication, Education/Training, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 2 Years of Relevant professional experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Communication, Education/Training, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 5 Years of Relevant professional experience
