About the role
The ProServe Cloud Architect (PCA) is a key member of the US ProServe team, responsible for driving the technical sales engagement, shaping solution architecture, and influencing revenue generation throughout the sales cycle. This role combines deep technical expertise with a consultative approach, working closely with sales teams to design and present ProServe solutions and offerings that meet customer needs, accelerate deal closure, and drive customers for life. The PCA role has accountability in both pre-sales and post-sales, acting as our customer's advocate for the transformational outcomes they are looking to achieve on AWS.
Responsibilities
Designing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions to deliver customer business outcomes (CBOs)
Providing technical guidance and best practices during pre-sales and implementation phases
Collaborating with Account Managers and Shared Delivery Teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and achievable
Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
Requirements
7+ years of professional or military experience, or Bachelor's degree
5+ years of cloud and on-premise integration experience
Experience with technology risk, IT security audit, compliance and/or relevant regulatory knowledge
Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects
Experience with software development life cycle (sdlc) and agile/iterative methodologies
Qualifications
Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional level certification
Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (like TOGAF, Zachman)
Experience in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments
Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR
Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences in pre-sales environments
Experience assessing customer marketplace circumstances, organizational readiness, and C-Level willingness to initiate conversations that lead to broader strategic transformation programs

Base salary range: $153,600.00 - $207,800.00 USD annually
