Prosecution Case Manager

About the role

The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) is seeking a Prosecution Case Manager to support the effective administration of prosecution-related functions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with various licensees
• Process settlement offers in ROCKET
• Process payment plans for licensees
• Absorb and maintain information and data within Agency databases
• Retrieve and compile data as necessary
• Respond to inquiries from licensees in person and by email
• Provide appropriate guidance and information
• Utilize strong customer service skills
• Cook up and coordinate translation services when needed
• Assist with additional case support and operational duties as required

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or
• Educational and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.

• Education and/or experience which is equivalent to "1" above.
