About the role
The Prosecution Case Analyst will serve within the Special Prosecutions Section, supporting seasoned prosecutors and staff to ensure prosecutors across Ohio have the resources needed to excel. This role involves evaluating police reports, investigative files, and court documents, and collaborating with prosecutors, victims, and witnesses.
The position requires strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to triage and prioritize multiple assignments. This is a hybrid in-person/remote role, with potential in-person requirements for training and operational needs. Headquarters are located at 30 East Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate police reports, investigative files, and court documents.
- Collaborate with prosecutors, victims, and witnesses.
- Triage and prioritize multiple assignments.
- Support prosecutors statewide with resources and case analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, criminology, legal studies, or a closely related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in law enforcement.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
