Job Purpose
The ProResources Branch Manager leads the day-to-day operations of a specialty tools rental branch, ensuring safe, profitable, and efficient operations while delivering superior customer service. This role is responsible for the full P&L of the branch, including revenue generation, cost control, fleet management, equipment readiness, and employee development.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of branch/operations management experience in equipment rental, industrial tools, construction, or related industry; specialty tool or trade experience strongly preferred
- Proven P&L management, sales leadership, and team development experience
- Strong working knowledge of specialty tools categories (material handling, hoist and rigging, pneumatic/air/electric/hydraulic tools) preferred; willingness to become a product knowledge expert

Pay Range
$80k - $95k base salary + quarterly bonuses & company truck
