Proprietary Card Coordinator

What You’ll Do

• Cook up daily card fulfillment activities for Kwik Card, Commercial Kwik Card, gift card, fundraising, and car wash card programs.
• Handle replacement, renewal, expiration, and guest-related card orders with precision and speed.
• Keep an eye on card stock, collateral materials, and fulfillment supplies to avoid any hiccups.
• Help out with billing statements, returned mail, and collections-related mailings.
• Collaborate with internal departments and third-party vendors on card production, mailing, inventory, and issue resolution.
• Watch workflows closely and suggest ways to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and service quality.
