About the role

As a Proposal Writer at World Learning, you will be responsible for crafting compelling proposals that align with client needs and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality proposals that effectively communicate project goals and requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze information needed for proposals
• Research and incorporate industry trends and best practices into proposal development
• Ensure all proposals meet World Learning’s standards and are compliant with relevant regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal writing or related field
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Excellent research and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience working with international organizations or government agencies is a plus
• Knowledge of proposal writing standards and compliance regulations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (optional)
