About the role
This role involves creating and executing strategic proposals in response to Medicaid RFPs and RFIs, supporting business growth and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Draft responses on topics such as Claims, Staffing, Finance, and Operations.
- Collaborate with Proposal Managers, SMEs, and capture teams to gather information, develop content, and ensure quality standards.
- Participate in proposal reviews and incorporate feedback.
- Build expertise in Medicaid programs, healthcare procurements, and proposal best practices.
Requirements
- Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or healthcare operations.
- Strong writing, reading comprehension, time management, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Full-time commitment.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proposal writing experience (preferred).
- APMP Foundation Certification (preferred).
