About the role
The successful candidate will manage the proposal process, ensuring all proposals meet client requirements and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, from concept to final submission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and translate them into compelling proposals.
- Evaluate and prioritize project opportunities based on business impact and feasibility.
- Prepare and present proposals to clients, providing clear and persuasive arguments.
- Ensure all proposals adhere to company policies and industry best practices.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align proposal strategies with broader business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal management or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
Qualifications
- Experience working with clients in the technology sector preferred.
- Knowledge of industry-specific proposal templates and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
