Proposal Lead, AI Integration and Knowledge Manager

About the role

The ideal candidate will lead the integration of AI solutions across various departments, manage knowledge management initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive knowledge management systems.
• Collaborate with IT, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies.
• Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of AI implementations and make necessary adjustments.
• Develop and implement training programs for employees on the use of AI tools and platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an AI-focused environment.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale AI projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data to drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among different departments.
• Experience with knowledge management systems and tools.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.
