Proposal & Content Management Specialist 2

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the development, coordination, and production of proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and related collateral materials
• Create, maintain, and manage staff resumes, project write-ups, and other related collateral materials
• Aid in the organization and maintenance of proposal resources, templates, and content libraries to enhance efficiency and consistency
• Engage in long-term projects and strategic initiatives that align with team and firm objectives

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading the development and production of proposals
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent writing, collaboration, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple deadline-driven assignments
