Prophet 21 Migration Specialist

About the role

You will act as the bridge between business and technology, driving improvements across Epicor Kinetic.

Responsibilities

• Assess current Epicor Kinetic environments, workflows, and business processes
• Develop a comprehensive migration roadmap, including timelines, milestones, risks, and recommendations
• Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders and end users
• Advise leadership on best practices for ERP conversion and data migration
• Support the migration of customer records, master data, and operational processes into Epicor Kinetic
• Evaluate current Epicor Kinetic usage and identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization
• Collaborate closely with internal teams throughout planning, testing, training, and go-live activities
• Provide hands-on guidance during critical phases of the conversion project
• Document recommendations, workflows, and future-state processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic
• Proven experience leading ERP conversion and migration projects
• Strong understanding of customer data migration, system integration, and business process mapping
• Experience working directly with business users, operational teams, and executive stakeholders
• Able to develop strategic roadmaps and implementation plans
• Excellent communication and project management skills
