Role

This contract-based, hourly consulting position is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Pennsylvania’s property tax protest system who can serve as a trusted advisor during our early market entry. There is also potential for this opportunity to evolve into a mutually beneficial partnership as we expand our property tax offering in Pennsylvania.

What You’ll Do

• Regulatory Insight: Clarify state statutes, administrative processes, and compliance obligations for property tax protests.
• County-Specific Knowledge: Advise on unique requirements and nuances for major Pennsylvania counties.
• Filing Processes: Guide us on when and how to file petitions (TRIM notices, deadlines, evidence)—including online versus paper submission requirements.
• Hearing Procedures: Share best practices and insights to support hearing preparation and protest strategy.

Who You Are

• Have direct experience in the Pennsylvania property tax system—through your own practice, as part of a firm, or within local government.
• Are deeply familiar with county-specific procedures, deadlines, and rules, especially for Pennsylvania’s five largest counties.
• Possess an innovative mindset—ready to find creative solutions while fully adhering to local guidelines.
• Are available to consult on an as-needed, hourly basis via phone or Zoom.
