Property Supervisor

About The Role

The Property Supervisor is a unique role, providing hands-on leadership to Grounds and Maintenance staff working within the Brookfield Cluster. The position is responsible for ensuring all applicable legislative and policy requirements are met, scheduled and ad-hoc maintenance is performed, and the properties and grounds are in a presentable condition. This role includes overseeing the grounds and maintenance for multiple sites, including a Residential Aged Care site and Retirement Village in the Brookfield area.

Requirements

• Certification and/or significant experience in maintenance, carpentry/building, groundskeeping or trade-related fields
• Demonstrated leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge and/or experience in gardening and grounds maintenance
• Knowledge and/or experience in the maintenance of small machinery and equipment
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
