Summary
This position manages multiple communities and fosters a positive environment through strong relationships with associates and residents. Key responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and executing the approved business plan. The role serves as an NSPIRE trainer, supports communities in preparing for evaluations, and acts as the 504 Coordinator, ensuring compliance with the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and preventing discrimination against individuals with disabilities.
Essential Function
- Create an inclusive community culture that provides high-quality resident experiences and care and engages residents, families, and associates.
- Maintain an overview of the community's financial condition to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in developing and interpreting policies and ensure their correct implementation and administration.
- Ensure that certifications required by all regulatory agreements are completed accurately and that HIPAA, HUD, and any other regulatory agency certifications and confidentiality are followed as needed.
- Assist in driving sales and marketing efforts in collaboration with the community leader(s) to meet or exceed occupancy or revenue targets by developing new business, generating leads, and building strategic relationships.
- Schedule regular visits to managed client communities and supervise the managed client communities’ leaders.
- Identify and build positive relationships with local influencers and professionals to raise the community profile by becoming active in social and civic affairs of the local community that align with the Company’s mission.
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), state Housing Finance Agency, state and local government agencies, etc.
- Implement and maintain risk management strategies and emergency preparedness plans.
- Maintain positive resident relations and proactively solve resident problems and issues.
- Ensure a collaborative relationship with the community leader(s) to ensure the community’s care and services are appropriate for residents' needs.
- Ensure buildings, grounds, and property are up to Company standards through the oversight of preventative maintenance systems and programs and frequent inspections that meet Company standards.

Education Or Equivalent Qualifications Type Specialization
- Diploma High School / GED
- Preferred Bachelor Degree Business Management
Essential/Preferred Experience or Equivalent Qualifications
- Minimum Experience Details Essential: 3 years Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, economic analysis, and reporting.
- 3 years Experience and literacy with the applications used by Affordable Housing communities, such as RealPage.
- Strong Knowledge and demonstrated understanding of HUD and/or CTCAC
