Maintain and Organize
- Maintain and organize all real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements, in a centralized database.
Lease Administration
- Abstract lease documents.
- Track critical dates (renewals, expirations, options).
- Ensure compliance with lease terms.
Rent Billings and Payments
- Facilitate rent billings and payments payment processes.
- Auxiliary rent collection efforts, following up on delinquencies as needed.
Financial Reporting and Budgeting
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate entry of payables and receivables.
- Help prepare financial reports and budgets.
Internal Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, landlords, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Collaborate with internal teams such as facilities management, construction, legal, and senior management.
Reports and Presentations
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding property status, occupancy rates, and other key metrics.
Tax Obligations and Exemptions
- Maintain a list of the organization's real property tax obligations.
- Manage payments, appeals, and exemption requests.
Joint Ventures and Partnerships
- Provide administrative support for various real estate joint ventures and partnerships.
Job Requirements:
- Applicable Experience: 1 year
- Associate Degree
