Property Runner

About the role

The Property Runner supports daily field operations, inspections, and project needs for the Investments team at Westward360, a leader in the Property Management industry.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for damage and document findings
• Perform building walk-throughs to locate mechanicals (breakers, water heaters, etc.)
• Deliver building notices and communicate with tenants or vendors onsite
• Aid in light maintenance tasks (changing bulbs, blinds, batteries, etc.)
• Photograph and document project progress as needed
• Pick up/drop off lockboxes, make bank deposits, and support other logistical needs
• Provide on-the-ground support for the Investments team and assist with ad hoc requests

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks across properties
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and adjust daily schedules as needed
• Comfort using a smartphone, Gmail, and company chat tools
• Flexibility and adaptability when appointments or projects shift
• Authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

Westward360 offers a competitive compensation package including a salary range of $19-$23/HR, medical/dental/vision insurance, front-loaded PTO, a 401(k) with a company match up to 4%, and opportunities for growth within the Investments Division.
