Housekeeping Runner

Responsibilities

• Pick up soiled linen and trash from Room Attendants
• Keep linen drops clean and organized, assisting the Laundry team
• Deliver requested guest items
• Assist with housekeeping duties
• Perform occupancy checks and report lost and found items or room damages
• Support other departments with tasks
• Respond to guest requests
• Clear used dishes when necessary

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and reliable
• Friendly, service-oriented attitude
• Ability to follow a task list and complete assignments independently
• Willingness to learn the Alice ticketing system
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working alone or as part of a team
• Flexible schedule with availability based on business needs
