Pay

Responsibilities
- Respond to HotSOS service orders promptly and meet Westgate response standards.
- Deliver linens, cribs, highchairs, shower benches, and other guest amenities with a smile.
- Pick up used items and return them for proper sanitation.
- Keep closets, storage rooms, and equipment areas clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
- Assist with bed making when delivering linens.
- Protect and effectively manage all assigned equipment, keys, carts, and devices.
- Report any damaged items right away through HotSOS or to your supervisor.
- Follow all safety guidelines to keep yourself and your teammates safe.
- Jump in to help other team members or departments when needed.
- Represent Westgate proudly through professionalism, appearance, and positive energy.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Comfortable working in all outdoor weather conditions.
- Ability to use or learn HotSOS or similar service request systems.
