Property Preservation Specialist III

About the role

The Property Preservation Specialist III is responsible for ensuring that all properties under their care are maintained in a safe and attractive condition. This includes overseeing the implementation of maintenance plans, responding to tenant requests, and coordinating with external vendors for repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of maintenance plans to ensure timely and efficient property upkeep.
• Respond to tenant requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with external vendors to schedule and manage property repairs.
• Document all maintenance activities and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in property management or a similar field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
