About the role
The Property Preservation Specialist III is responsible for ensuring that all properties under their care are maintained in a safe and attractive condition. This includes overseeing the implementation of maintenance plans, responding to tenant requests, and coordinating with external vendors for repairs.Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of maintenance plans to ensure timely and efficient property upkeep.
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with external vendors to schedule and manage property repairs.
- Document all maintenance activities and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in property management or a similar field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
