About the role
The Property Operations Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of all company facilities. This includes managing contractors, coordinating repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee facility maintenance and repairs
- Manage contractors and vendors for facility services
- Coordinate emergency response and repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules
- Communicate with employees and stakeholders regarding facility issues
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or facility operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
