Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining and preserving the real property assets
- Maintaining or lowering operational costs
- Ensuring the provision of quality facility-related services
- Cooking or maintenance service calls
- Security coordination
- Coordination of emergency responses
- Reimbursable activities coordination
- Contractor coordination
- Scheduling conference facilities
- Scheduling concessions
- Scheduling parking
- Investigating and determining the need for repairs or enhancement projects
- Cleaning and recycling activities
- Coordinating safety, environmental, and security activities
- Receiving written or oral customer requests for service, complaints, and other issues and coordinating appropriate action or resolution
- Analyzing and monitoring the impact on building systems and equipment to determine facility capability in meeting customer needs
- Preparing reviews and/or considering lifecycle condition analysis and similar assessments
- Preparing specifications for estimates and monitoring repairs by contractors to all items of operating equipment and utilities; this may include electrical systems, water supply and sewage systems in addition to repairs necessitated by damage to buildings due to fire, storms, vandalism, etc.
- Standing for prolonged periods of time
- Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
- Walking up and down flights of stairs
- Delegation and multi-tasking ability, while working in a faced paced environment
