Responsibilities

• Maintain and preserve the real property assets
• Maintain or lower operational costs
• Ensure the provision of quality facility-related services
• Cooking and cleaning services
• Facility-related safety, environmental, and security activities
• Receive and respond to customer requests for service, complaints, and issues
• Investigate and determine the need for repairs or enhancement projects
• Analyze and monitor the impact on building systems and equipment
• Prepare reviews and/or consider lifecycle condition analysis
• Integrate and quantify requirements into a scope of work for the project
• Prepare specifications for estimates and monitor repairs by contractors
• Manage electrical systems, water supply and sewage systems, and repairs due to damage from fires, storms, vandalism, etc.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for prolonged periods, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, walking up and down stairs
• Delegation and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
