Property Manager - Uncommon Dinkytown

About the role

Article Student Living is looking for a Property Manager to lead all daily operations, leasing, marketing activities, and resident relations. As the "CEO" of the community, you will be accountable for the property’s overall performance, developing an outstanding team to provide incredible resident experiences and ensure annual asset goals are met. With regional and home-office support, you will provide regular reporting, identify areas of improvement, and implement procedures to develop our brand and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site employees, ensuring they are empowered to exceed their job responsibilities.
• Oversee the success of the property’s overall performance, including human resources, accounting, leasing and marketing, maintenance, resident relations, and other projects.
• Develop annual renewal and marketing campaigns to ensure the property’s leasing goals are met.
• Maintain the property budget by ensuring all expenses fall within budget and seeking approval for expenses that may exceed it.
• Lead all Turn activities for the property, ensuring a successful and smooth Turn season.
• Oversee all security needs for the property by implementing new protocols or systems with the maintenance team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or comparable experience in the student housing space.
• 4+ years in leasing or operations in the student housing or residential property management industry.
• People management experience and the ability to motivate and build a team.

Pay

$70,000–$72,000 per year, plus an annual bonus.
