About the role
Tennyson Ridge is seeking a property manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage maintenance, and ensure tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repairs for all units
- Manage tenant relations and resolve disputes
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and HOA rules
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules
- Prepare and submit monthly reports to landlord
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of property management software
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
