Job Summary

As a Community Manager (Property Manager), you will lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional resident experience while driving financial performance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is resilient, results-oriented, curious, adaptable, and has an ownership mindset.

What You’ll Bring – Desired Skills And Experience

• 3+ years of multifamily property management leadership experience
• Experience managing communities undergoing renovations or value-add repositioning is strongly preferred
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI achievement
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service abilities
• Yardi experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience
