Property Manager - Orlando (Class A+) - Mallory Square

Responsibilities

• Lead, communicate, coach, mentor, and train your team
• Balance your role as a team leader and business savvy strategist
• Advocate for your team to enhance individual performance while providing excellent service to internal and external customers
• Manage a Class A asset around 300+ units
• Handle budget processing, selection and hiring, team training and coaching
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and regulations, manage building and grounds maintenance, and handle resident relations, rent collection, eviction procedures, and property safety
• Use property management and accounting software
• Balance income and expenses to ensure the best overall results
• Occasional travel may be required

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience as a residential property manager
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses
• Knowledge of OneSite and Ops Technology is a plus
