About the role

Murfreesboro Housing Authority seeks a Community Manager-Property Manager to manage three public housing developments undergoing conversion to Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD).

Responsibilities

• Manage three public housing developments undergoing conversion to RAD.
• Work with residents from diverse backgrounds.
• Manage properties with at least five years of experience.
• Have a Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration or social sciences.
• Be certified in LIHTC and Multi-family housing or willing to become certified.
• Supervise employees as part of the role.

Requirements

• Experience in public housing management.
• Five or more years of experience managing such properties.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration or social sciences.
• Experience supervising employees.
