The Property Manager will be an experienced leader, directing, motivating, and inspiring a large team in a fast-paced environment that rewards success. This role is ideal for someone seeking a career, not just a job.

Responsibilities

• Manage a community size of 200 or more apartment homes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team.
• Create and implement successful marketing plans.
• Oversee capital projects and maintenance.
• Manage a financial plan (budget); experience creating a community’s financial plan is a plus.
• Maintain exceptional customer service with a quick problem-solving approach.
• Uphold curb appeal standards with an eye for detail.
• Participate in renovation and capital projects.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a successful Community Manager (strongly preferred).
• Background in conventional and student housing is a plus.
• Proven track record in marketing plan creation and implementation.
• Strong technical skills; experience with Entrata is a plus.
• Desire to learn and grow within an award-winning organization.
