About the role

Independently performs a variety of work of average scope and complexity in the management of real properties and facilities; and performs other related duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Efficient utilization and maintenance of real property
• Acquisition or sale of real property
• Property evaluation
• Preparation and solicitation of bids
• Establishment of rental rates
• Selecting tenants
• Protection and maintenance of property

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
• One and one-half (1-1/2) years of progressively responsible professional work experience in property management
• Experience in business, commercial, or industrial real property management

Qualifications

• Relevant substitutions as described in the Minimum Qualification Requirements
• Valid driver's license
