Responsibilities

• Manage property operations efficiently
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Develop and implement maintenance plans
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to maintain high standards of service
• Oversee tenant relations and lease management
• Conduct regular inspections and report findings to management
• Prepare and submit financial reports and budgets
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in property management
• Strong knowledge of property management software and systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
