Location: Rochester, NH Are you an experienced Property Manager with LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) expertise? Join a mission driven team managing affordable and mixed income housing communities in the Rochester area. This is an opportunity to lead property operations, support residents, and make a meaningful impact in local communities. What You'll Do Oversee daily operations across multiple residential communities.Ensure compliance with LIHTC and affordable housing regulations.Manage leasing, occupancy, resident relations, and property performance.Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and vendor partnerships.Lead and develop on site team members.Monitor budgets, collections, and overall property success. What We're Looking For 3+ years of residential property management experience.Required: LIHTC experience.Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance and certifications.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between properties.
