Property Manager

RAM Partners, LLC, is a full-service real estate management company that manages more than 80,000 apartments throughout the United States. Compensation & Benefits

• $81,500 to $86,500 annually, plus bonuses outlined by the property commission structure
• 15 days of paid time off per year (prorated based on start date)

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the property staff
• Manage the community’s revenue and expenses to ensure the budget and financial guidelines are met
• Maintain accurate resident records, post all rent, deposits, and fees, and handle all accounts payable functions
• Follow all policies and procedures for compliance with staff and residents
• Complete building inspections and take appropriate action to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet standards
• Follow up on service requests with the maintenance team and ensure resident requests are completed
• Promote resident satisfaction by serving as a resource for residents to express concerns and assist with resolution
• Perform required reporting and administrative tasks with a high attention to detail

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
• 2 or more years of management experience
• Valid Driver’s license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Industry software experience (YARDI, E Site, etc.)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
