Property Manager

Job Summary

Manages and directs the operation of properties in accordance with KWPM objectives. Requires a Florida CAM license.

Essential Functions

• Communicate professionally with customers, board members, and vendors.
• Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements and oversee cash management.
• Maintain property files and ensure compliance with state and regulatory agency statutes.
• Manage on-site staff and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Prepare and present management reports, action plans, and budgets.
• Monitor contracts, certificates of insurance, and vendor business licenses.
• Process and respond to violations, work orders, and lease applications.
• Manage cash flow and maintain equipment maintenance logs.
• Update association communication and newsletters.
• Support KWPM’s GREAT values and adhere to policies.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Florida CAM license.
• Valid driver’s license.
