About the role

As a Property Manager, you will be involved in all aspects of managing your assigned portfolio, from operations and financial activities to managing important relationships with our client, team members, and vendors. You will manage service contracts, oversee tenant improvements, complete property inspections, and make recommendations to continually improve how we manage our commercial properties. This role requires traveling outside of state.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Respond in a timely manner to tenants’ needs to meet lease obligations.
  • Be responsible for annual budget preparation and tenant reconciliations.
  • Successfully manage all operations tasks.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years' experience in commercial real estate.
  • Experience with capital improvement projects.
  • CPM or RPA designation.
  • Strong understanding of financial reports, including variance of actual vs. budget numbers.
  • Demonstrated experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, etc.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Clear motor vehicle record (MVR).

Skills

  • Construction management experience (bonus).
  • Experience with contract and leasing agreements (bonus).
  • Experience in managing staff (bonus).

Area/Location: Oregon, Idaho, or Washington

Pay

Approximate salary range for this role: $85,138 to $107,000. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries across all US locations. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
