About the Role
As a premier owner and manager of residential properties, PLK Communities specializes in the acquisition, redevelopment, and management of high quality apartment communities. We are in search of an experienced, energetic full-time Property Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversees the operational and financial aspects of our residential apartment community
- Responsible for managing the leasing and maintenance teams
- Collections
- Revenue enhancement
- Reporting
- Compliance with all applicable laws and company policies
- Monitors leasing performance
- Oversees financial statements and revenue
- Responsible for expenses and occupancy goals
Requirements
- Requires 3 - 5 years of recent experience in a Property Management leadership role and leasing experience
- Possesses exemplary customer service
- Excellent leadership ability
