About the role
The Property Manager is responsible for the management, maintenance, security, resident services, and occupancy of housing units within the assigned owned and/or managed properties; budgetary responsibilities for assigned departments; supervision of assigned staff; and compliance with all related HUD and Housing Authority directives, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of property management experience
- Experience with HUD regulations and policies
- Strong supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of housing laws and regulations
