About the Role

As one of our Property Managers, you are innovative and lead your team to drive the success of the property. You help develop team members and exceed customer expectations. Your day might include financial tasks in the morning and community events like an ice cream social in the afternoon.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Regional Manager and staff to complete annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, marketing plans, staffing plans, and capital plans.
• Drive the financial performance of the property by understanding how operational decisions impact financial results; interpret financial statements and required reports.
• Hire, recruit, train, develop, motivate, supervise, and assess performance of all staff.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and effectively engage with persons from diverse social, economic, and ethnic backgrounds.
• Maintain professional resident communications regarding concerns, service requests, and other items via newsletters and other media.
• Actively engage in the evolving promotional, social, and content marketing landscape.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in multifamily real estate.
• Critical and analytical thinking when setting goals and reporting results.
• Proficiency in using computer software to solve financial and operational issues.
• Understanding of budgeting and financial statements.
• Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
• Demonstrated leadership through actions.
• A sense of humor.
