Total site(s) maintenance and management
- Build and maintain up to 15 locations
- Perform light construction and maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot and repair small appliances
- Maintain exterior spaces and vendor management
- Manage work order system for internal requests
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors
- Monitor contractual obligations
Support the centers
- Support through audits, regulatory visits, initiatives, compliance violations, fleet compliance, etc.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Budget-minded and customer service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Willingness to increase knowledge in the field
- Flexibility in schedule
