We specialize in fully rehabbing and repositioning properties and are looking for team members to lease and manage these multi-million dollar assets. Available Positions

Assistant Community Manager (Naples, FL)

• Driving force behind achieving maximum occupancy
• Ability to minimize delinquencies and collect 100% rent each month
• Skilled at motivating and supporting associates to meet and exceed goals
• Create and execute successful resident retention strategies
• Develop and implement creative and extensive marketing campaigns
• Promote opportunities in the company and assist in building the team

Leasing & Marketing Associates (Naples, FL & Floating Leasing in SW FL)

• Ability to sell and close the deal
• Outgoing, upbeat, bubbly personality
• 1-3 years’ experience in sales: retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.
