Join a well-established commercial real estate firm in Greater Boston as a Property Management Coordinator supporting a busy multi-property portfolio. This is an in-office role with meaningful growth potential for someone who wants to build a long-term career in property management.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenants, providing timely and professional customer service
- Coordinate tenant requests and service needs, including tracking, dispatching, and following up on work orders
- Support tenant move-ins and move-outs, onboarding, welcome materials, access coordination, and tenant information updates
- Help plan and support tenant events and engagement initiatives, including vendor coordination and communications
- Support meetings by preparing agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items to completion
- Maintain accurate tenant and emergency contact lists, building information, manuals, templates, and property documentation
- Support vendor coordination, including scheduling work, tracking certificates of insurance, and maintaining contract records
- Assist with budgeting support and routine financial administration such as invoice processing and tenant billing support
- Conduct property walk-throughs as directed to identify maintenance, safety, and tenant experience opportunities
- Provide general administrative support to the property management team and complete other projects as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1 to 3 years of relevant real estate experience (this can include internships)
- Some experience in real estate is required, including internships
- Strong interest in building a career in property management and commercial real estate
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and dependable with strong follow-through
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Reliable transportation and comfort traveling locally between properties
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in property management, tenant services, facilities coordination, or administrative operations
- Interest in sustainability initiatives or tracking operational metrics
Pay
$60,000 to $80,000 base salary plus 10-20% bonus potential
