Essential Duties

  • Answer phones and greet visitors and tenants with the highest regard for professionalism
  • Schedule appointments for prospective tenants
  • Cookordinate with contractors and maintain records and documentation
  • Sorting, logging, dispersing incoming mail
  • Prepare incoming and outgoing correspondence letters
  • Provide administrative support to maintenance personnel to include maintenance scheduling and follow-up on all preventive maintenance and work orders throughout the building
  • Maintain the calendar for the Community Room, along with assisting in special events and tenant functions and luncheons

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Knowledge of personal computers and computer software for word processing and spreadsheets is required
  • Knowledge of property management and sales is required
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Operate standard office equipment
  • Basic math skills to calculate interest and balance accounts
  • This job requires the ability to meet established deadlines, work productively in groups and individually
  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing, effective interpersonal skills

Position Requirements

  • Graduation from high school (or equivalent)
  • Use of personal vehicle is necessary
  • On occasion must work extended hours
  • Some travel may be required to surrounding bank locations and training events.
