Essential Duties
- Answer phones and greet visitors and tenants with the highest regard for professionalism
- Schedule appointments for prospective tenants
- Cookordinate with contractors and maintain records and documentation
- Sorting, logging, dispersing incoming mail
- Prepare incoming and outgoing correspondence letters
- Provide administrative support to maintenance personnel to include maintenance scheduling and follow-up on all preventive maintenance and work orders throughout the building
- Maintain the calendar for the Community Room, along with assisting in special events and tenant functions and luncheons
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Knowledge of personal computers and computer software for word processing and spreadsheets is required
- Knowledge of property management and sales is required
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Operate standard office equipment
- Basic math skills to calculate interest and balance accounts
- This job requires the ability to meet established deadlines, work productively in groups and individually
- Communicate effectively orally and in writing, effective interpersonal skills
Position Requirements
- Graduation from high school (or equivalent)
- Use of personal vehicle is necessary
- On occasion must work extended hours
- Some travel may be required to surrounding bank locations and training events.
