About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily property management tasks including maintenance, repairs, and tenant relations.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Manage budgets and financial records for properties.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance and tenant satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with property management software.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal housing laws.
