Property Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Handymen to support our residential and commercial property portfolio.

This is a 1099 contractor role offering flexible, appointment-based scheduling. Work is assigned based on service requests, maintenance needs, and project scope, allowing you to accept jobs that fit your availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform general repairs and maintenance across residential and commercial properties
• Handle tasks such as drywall patching, painting, fixture installation, minor plumbing, and electrical work
• Complete make-ready and turnover work for properties
• Troubleshoot issues and provide practical solutions
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proven experience in general repairs and property maintenance
• Must have your own tools and basic equipment
• Skilled in light carpentry, drywall repair, painting, minor plumbing, and electrical work
• Able to troubleshoot and complete a wide range of maintenance tasks independently
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
