Property Maintenance Technician

About the role

This position requires construction experience and familiarity with all of the systems typically found in high-end residential properties. Required general maintenance skills include carpentry, painting and drywall repair. A good appearance and positive attitude as well as strong communication and organization skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems in high-end residential properties.
• Perform carpentry tasks such as installing and repairing drywall, painting, and other related work.
• Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping as needed.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant construction experience.
• Familiarity with residential property systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and drywall repair.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A good appearance and positive attitude.
